My daughter wanted a Luna costume last World Book Day but they weren’t available, so I was pleased to see this on offer this year. The quality is that of your usual children’s costume by Rubies, so I do think it is overpriced.The costume fits okay, I would say that it is true to the size on the label, so go with the clothing size your child wears.The glasses are soft, and don’t really stay on by themselves. I got around this by using a hair pin each side, which does the job well.

Great outfit for world book day. Accurate sizing. Velcro fasteners at the back. Glasses a bit fiddly to get on but stayed on once on.

My daughter wore this for World Book Day and she looked great. The glasses are made of felt and so I glued them onto a pair of fashion kids glasses (from Claire’s) using Gorilla glue and they were perfect to wear!
