It looks cute from the front but sadly ‘coat’ detail does not extend around the back which is rather cheap but the main problem is that it is so so short. It barely covers the ass! It is a top not a dress which is why I am guessing the model is standing at a jaunty angle.

I bought 16-18 even though I’m a 14-16. Very tight on arms and chest and barely skims top of my thighs.Going to have to put elastic on the bow tie to be able to wear on neck as its so small (only just fit around my 10 year olds neck)
