I was very unhappy with this item! I bought it for my son for christmas so it wasnt opened until christmas day. He wanted to put it straight on…EXCEPT it was size 8-10 adults and not AGE 8-10 like it clearly states! This costume fitted me. It was a waste of money as its miles to big and will never be worn!

The costume itself looks great out of the package,but unfortunately the sizing is ridiculous. We ordered 5-7 years old size, for my taller than average 5 year old. The trousers were so big, they were baggy on me (I’m 5’4”). In order to wear it for the intended purpose, to go watch a live production of the wizard of Oz, we needed 12 safety pins to hold it up, and still the trouser material was so big it completely hung down over the boots. The hat fit perfectly. The top fit okay as well. Unfortunately the trousers were so out of proportion to the rest of the costume it sort of ruined the whole thing – we initially thought they must have sent the wrong trouser size, but all items were marked ‘medium’. Hopefully our son still loves dressing up for the Wizard of Oz when he is fifteen! 😂

The quality seemed OK but it was not 8-10years as the packet said – I held up the trousers and they came up to her nose. It would have fitted her dad fine so were a large adult not a large child size.The only reason I gave it two stars is that the quality is OK if it fits so for a 6ft tall 8 year old it would be great.
