I have always been a fan of Rubie’s but not this time, I ordered this outfit to go and watch the new Star Wars Rise of the Skywalker with my Nephew and I live abroad so I had this delivered to London which was great it came in time but when I arrived I found out just a day before the helmet hadn’t arrived with the outfit, there was no option to call anybody or get this item express delivered, so I had to return it and get a refund, disappointed that I couldn’t go dressed up with my nephew for the premier in Leicester square but still enjoyed the film.

Ordered 3 separate times and each time came with no mask or helmet. Spoke to Amazon but they could only offer a refund and not check if mask was included.Costume looks good but is pointless without something on your face.

Ordered this for my husband for Halloween! Have to return it now as there’s no helmut with it! Pointless to have a costume like this with no headpiece!

Its a shame, the Jump suit was decent, but came without the mask which makes it pointless. Looks like I’m not the only one who had this problem. Returned it immediately and got a refund.
