   It’s a lovely costume – we ordered small for a 5 yo, but she will be able to wear it for at least 2 or 3 more years. The material is rather thin though and the lower leg part of the pants has a lot of golden glitter on it – which leaves traces everywhere! I am not sure how to wash it yet, perhaps in a separate bag? Costume comes in a plastic bag, with a tunic, a pair of leggins, a belt and a long green piece of string (?) which we plaited into the hair.

   I bought this for my 8 year old daughter in size medium (5-7 years). It was a bit on the large side, the legs are very baggy and the tunic top comes nearly down to her knees rather than her thighs like the picture shows. However, she absolutely loves the costume, and for the price it’s well made and has been through the wash and survived in good condition.I would recommend buying a size smaller though.

   My kid loved this the only that’s wrong and why I never gave 5 stars is that the material itched my child which means a top needs to be worn underneath this apart from that lovely outfit

   Really pretty but the sizing is ridiculous! My daughter is 5yo. 117cm tall and 65cm waist. Typically she wears ages 6/7 clothes! After reading previous reviews I opted for the age 3-4 which the leggings actually fit her in the leg but the crotch is halfway down her thighs! The top fits lovely…if the opaque piece underneath went down to her waist; it is in fact a crop top and sits underneath her chest and the transparent bit flows down to mid thigh as pictured. She’s so disappointed as this was for a dress up day at school and now I’ve either got to try and make it appropriate to age and wearable or get her something else! Nice one rubies get your sizes reviewed because you clearly aren’t basing them on the average child. Never had a problem with any other shop bought costumes. Hope this review can help someone else.

   I bought this for my 6 and a half year old for World book day. No complaints turned up the next day as scheduled. I bought the medium and it fits fine shes slightly taller.

   Nice costume, daughter was thrilled with it but had to wear a short sleeved top underneath as she found the material a bit uncomfortable. She tends to find labels annoying on clothes and cuts them off so not sure if she’s sensitive to the feeling of material but something note if your child is similar

   Granddaughter loved it but needed to put t-shirt & leggings under as material bit itchy. But fitted good
