This is a pretty cute, quick and easy way to dress up. My daughter was doing a Jungle themed fancy dress sponsored walk for school, so this seemed an ideal costume and it completely would have been if…The gloves had been a bit bigger. My daughter is a tiny 12 yr old,who fits into her 9 yr old sisters clothes. But not these gloves!The seams on the mask were starting to break open – we noticed it as we were taking it out of the packaging!Whoever makes this costume are skimping on the fabric too much to the detriment of their product.To be honest, I would have sent it back if we hadn’t needed it so desperately for sponsored walk.Shame, as it is a cute costume and the mask is transformative.

I’m always fatalistic when I order fancy dress things online, but this set was really successful thanks to the tail which sits perkily on the hips and wags around with a strange amount of realism! The mask was dismissed early on as uncomfortable (I think any mask is) but my 9 year old wore the rest long after her school performance had finished. She did look a bit like a cat, weirdly.

Gloves were a tad too small but then again I’m not a child and that’s what it was designed for. I’m a size 6-8 and the tail fit perfectly around my waist. The product itself is also made really well.

I bought this last minute for a circus themed event, I asked for next day delivery and the item was delivered promptly the next morning.As for the product itself, I think it is adorable for fancy dress and the item is not flimsy or cheap looking. The tail fits snugly around my waist and I am a size 8, I wouldn’t say it would fit around the waist of any more than a size 10 comfortably. The only slight problem with the item is that the nose on the headpiece was slightly off centre (but nothing that would be noticeable) and it also could have had more hair on it, as it looks and feels very fine but besides that wonderful product with super fast delivery!

Working on my costume for nursery school presentation of The Wizard of Oz. Also bought a roll of fake fur to hot glue around head dress as there isn’t a lot of fur around the ears. Gloves are a bit tight but I’ll manage! Hope it makes the children smile.
