It was a lovely little outfit for my son’s Victorian school trip but trousers were practically transparent.

Material is thin but good quality, The cap is really good quality. My son wore this outfit for World Book Day as Oliver Twist and as Gavroche in a performance of Les Miserable, making it a worthwhile and versatile purchase.

Unfortunately this didn’t fit my son….it fits small. The cap and vest were nice but the trousers were like paper! Very sheer and I felt they would tear easily. Had it fit, we would’ve still returned it as I felt was a lot of money for something that didn’t feel like it would last.

The product was ok for dressing up at school although not good enough for a proper costume. The hat was tiny and the trousers needed shorts under as they were so thin.
