   I brought two sets of ears and tails for my three year old twin boys. The wanted to go to Halloween as witches cats. I used plain black long sleeved t shirts and black jeans as a base and face painted nose and whiskers on their faces. Looked very cute and the boys were delighted! The headband is quite comfortable on, I know this as one of the twins refused to wear it later on in the party, so put it on myself! The tail has wire inside which means it can be shaped into any tail shape you like. Its attached with a safety pin, which isn’t very safe as it pops open quite readily. The fur on the tail moults black fluff everywhere but for the price, effect created and smiles it was worth buying.

   Good quality, soft furry ears and tail – a little shedding of furry bits when the packaging was opened, but not a problem after this. Wore them all day when my class dressed up as animal characters from storybooks – headband was a good fit (I have a medium sized adult head!), did not end up with a headache, probably wouldn’t fit a child. Many of the mums wanted to know where I’d got the ears from as they were vastly superior to the ones available in our local party shop!I usually throw things like this away after a day’s wear, but have carefully wrapped these up ready for another event – in fact I became quite attached to my furry ears, had quite forgotten I was wearing them when I stopped for petrol on the way home; luckily the tail was hidden under my coat!!

   Although my 5 year old daughter loves this cat ears + tail set I do not! The ears are ok, but a bit big for my daughter, the tail, however, is awful! It seems to be made out of sharp bendy metal + can be pulled apart to make a circle shape. The pin on it is flimsy + keeps undoing – rather dodgy as well! I’ve ended up chucking the tail in the bin today as my arm brushed past my daughter whilst she was wearing it + it sliced my arm open! I have a bloody gash on my arm now but I’m just glad it happened to me not my daughter – would not recommend.EDIT: I’ve had to chuck the ears away too as the metal started sticking out + cut my daughter – nowhere near as bad as the one on my arm from the tail but I’m not keeping this dodgy set!

   Not the best quality, but didn’t expect anything. Fits on my head and didn’t put the tail on yet, but you can attach to a belt or your clothes. Will be ok for one day.

   The headband is pretty good quality and quite flexible which would fit an adult (i tried it for a laugh) it fitted me and was not uncomfotable at allThe tail however is made from a flexible wire frame it and attaches to a garment or belt via a safety pin on a material loop fixed to the frame then covered in a form of black feathers which makes it look like a rats tail for the money its not too badIf the tail was faux fur it would have been a lot better product and 5 star ratedDare say if you are handy and have a bit of fur it could be easily modifiedThe package states not suitable for children under 14 years old No sharp edges found on the product i received but could understand why others may have not been so luckyOverall quite happy with the product

   Not a bad set for single use. The headband is child size so this will slip off an adult size head. The tail is neither use nor ornament but fun for a child age 6+ not adult!

   Ears are passable but the tail is awful. Off shopping for a new one. But then, what should I have expected for the price!?!
